◉ Samples test: Because of the specialness of bimetal thermostat switch, we need to conduct matching installation test before an order is placed. Through such test, we can also make sure that the performance of our products, temperature and other parameters are qualified in line with customers’ requirements.
◉ Special requirements: We can design bi metal thermostat molds according to customers’ drawings. If customers do not have drawings, but have samples, they need to send the samples to our engineers. We can measure the size and design the drawing, and then design the mold based on the drawing.
◉ After-sales service: If the temperature of the product needs to be changed, please feel free to contact us and we will always be patient in serving you. Instead of engaging in one-off business, we are seeking long-term cooperation, from which we can achieve a win-win situation.
◉ Payment: Currently we support T/T payment, and demand an advance deposit which is 30% to 50% of the total amount. The rest shall be paid off before delivery. As for other payment methods, it can be determined according to the sum of the order and the actual situation.

Production Experience
We provide two types of thermostats: the temperature controller and the temperature limiter. With 18 years of experience in production, we recommend you to install a temperature controller with proper temperature on the heater of the electrical equipment you produce, so as to protect the overheating of electrical products. When the temperature of the heating unit exceeds that set by the temperature controller, the temperature controller will automatically cut off the power; when the temperature of the heating unit drops to the recovery point set by the temperature controller, the power will be automatically switched on, allowing the heating unit to resume functioning. With this temperature-control function, our products protect your electrical equipment from extremely high temperature, which not only shortens the service life, but also induces safety risks. We also recommend you to install a temperature limiter, which provides secondary protection. When the temperature controller reaches the limit of service life or malfunctions, the secondary protection will be activated to cut off the power of the product, and the power cannot be recovered, for which the equipment can be used more efficiently and safely.
