The 1/2-inch snap disc thermostat can be used as substitutes for Emerson (T.O.D) 36T. This thermal snap switch features a small size, high sensitivity, accurate temperature control, and a rated current of up to 16A. It can be applied to household electrical equipment with a rated power of 3 KW. The operating principle of the two thermostats is as follows: When the temperature of the heating element rises to the temperature set by the bimetal thermostats, the push rod is pushed through the bending deformation of the bimetal to break the circuit from the surface.
