We provide two types of thermostats: the temperature controller and the temperature limiter. When the temperature of the heating unit exceeds that set by the temperature controller, the temperature controller will automatically cut off the power; when the temperature of the heating unit drops to the recovery point set by the temperature controller, the power will be automatically switched on, allowing the heating unit to resume functioning. With this temperature-control function, our products protect your electrical equipment from extremely high temperature, which not only shortens the service life, but also induces safety risks. We also recommend you to install a temperature limiter, which provides secondary protection. When the temperature controller reaches the limit of service life or malfunctions, the secondary protection will be activated to cut off the power of the product, and the power cannot be recovered, for which the equipment can be used more efficiently and safely.

When the temperature of the heating element exceeds the temperature set by the thermostat, the thermostat will automatically cut off the power. When the temperature of the heating element drops to the recovery point set by the thermostat, it will automatically turn on the power to continue working. Through the thermostat, your equipment will have longer service time and less safety hazard. Otherwise, We also recommend another temperature limiter as secondary protection. When the temperature control reaches the limitation or break down, temperature limiter will start. It cut off production’s power and make production irreversible to achieve  more efficient and safer use.
